Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Free standard shipping may be offered on promotional orders or when your order meets a specified purchase amount.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and link to track your package.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
Numatech Consulting LLC is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will assist with a replacement or refund.
If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate. Please allow reasonable time for carrier resolution before a replacement or refund is issued.
