Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment is successfully confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
We partner with reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your products.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days within the continental U.S.
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (extra charges apply).
Delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances outside our control.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Free standard shipping may be offered on promotional orders or when your order meets a specified purchase amount.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and link to track your package.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
Numatech Consulting LLC is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will assist with a replacement or refund.
If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate. Please allow reasonable time for carrier resolution before a replacement or refund is issued.
