Refund policy

At Numatech Consulting LLC, we value our customers and strive to provide high-quality electronics including Wi-Fi routers, smartwatches, and earbuds. We want you to shop with confidence knowing that your satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Return Policy explains in detail how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled. Please read carefully before making a purchase.


1. General Return Guidelines

  • Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • To qualify for a return, the product must be:

    • In its original condition (unused, undamaged, and unaltered).

    • Returned in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.

    • Accompanied by a proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned:

  • Earbuds or in-ear headphones that have been opened or used.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, accident, or improper handling.

  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items specifically marked as non-returnable.


3. Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide replacement options or a full refund after verifying the issue. In such cases, Numatech Consulting LLC will cover the return shipping costs.


4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received, it will be inspected within 2–5 business days.

  • If approved, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Refunds apply only to the product price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your product for another model or item:

  • Please initiate the return process first.

  • Once your return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the replacement product.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.


6. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customer Responsibility: If the return is due to preference (e.g., unwanted item, wrong size/color), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Company Responsibility: If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Numatech Consulting LLC will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost.


7. International Orders

  • International customers may return eligible items, but return shipping fees will apply.

  • Customs duties, taxes, or additional charges paid at import are non-refundable.


8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can only be handled through the standard return process.


9. Warranty Coverage

Some products, such as smartwatches or routers, may include a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand and product. Customers should check the product documentation for warranty details and follow the manufacturer’s claims process.
