Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1โ€“3 business days (Mondayโ€“Friday) after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

  • A confirmation email will be sent after purchase, followed by a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We ship through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping: 3โ€“7 business days (continental U.S.)

    • Expedited Shipping: 1โ€“3 business days (additional charges apply)

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or events outside our control.

Shipping Rates

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on product weight, size, and destination.

  • Free shipping may apply during promotions or when your order meets a qualifying purchase amount.

Shipping Area

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos for a replacement or refund.

  • If a package is lost, we will coordinate with the carrier to investigate before issuing a solution.

  • Numatech Consulting LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control.

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene reasons, earbuds that have been opened or used cannot be returned.

  • Clearance or final sale items are non-refundable.

Process

  1. Contact our support team at info@numatechconsulting.com to request a return authorization.

  2. Ship the item back using the provided instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, you will be notified about your refund status.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

  • Processing typically takes 5โ€“10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., router, smartwatch), please follow the return process and then place a new order for the replacement item.
